ERBA LUIGIA LIQUEUR
ERBA LUIGIA liqueur is made exclusively from lemon verbena leaves infused in alcohol immediately after picking. The production process allows preserving the aromatic and digestive properties of the lemon verbena. It is a moderately sweet liqueur with an intense and pleasant flavour.

The LIMONCINO is made exclusively using the thick peels of Cinque Terre lemons, processed and infused in alcohol immediately after picking. The production process allows preserving the aromatic and digestive properties of the lemons, capturing all their essence and active principles. It is a sweet liqueur with an intense and pleasant flavour.
ARANCINO
The limoncino "recipe" is used with untreated oranges from Cinque Terre to obtain a sweet and aromatic liqueur with an intense and pleasant flavour
WALNUT CREAM
The Walnut Cream is made according to the traditional Ligurian recipe. Suggestions: combine with cooking cream to obtain a delicate sauce for adding to pansotti (triangular shaped ravioli), gnocchi, trenette pasta and trofie pasta. Ingredients: shelled walnuts, cashew nuts, PDO Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, cold pressed extra-virgin olive oil.
TAGGIASCHE OLIVES IN BRINE
Typical Ligurian Olives preserved in brine. Suggestions: serve with appetisers to enrich typical Ligurian dishes, such as stewed stock fish or rabbit with herbs. Ingredients: water, salt, Taggiasche olives
OLIVE PÂTÉ
Olive Pâté made with typical Ligurian olives. Suggestions: spread the Olive Pâté with butter on sandwiches and savoury snacks, tasty in risotto and on pasta. Ingredients: chopped black olives, extra-virgin olive oil, salt, aromatic herbs (laurel).
RED PESTO
From the typical Pesto Genovese recipe, the Red Pesto is noted for its delicate taste coming from the tomatoes that are added to the traditional recipe. Ideal for seasoning pasta, rice or sandwiches and savouries. Ingredients: extra-virgin olive oil PDO, dried tomatoes, Grana Padano cheese, pine nuts, salt, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
PESTO GENOVESE
(also without garlic)
From the home of Basil, comes a traditional product made from PDO ingredients, with a shelf-life of 8 months at room temperature, no need for refrigeration, thanks to the simple use of well-aged cheese, which preserves the delicate flavour of a fresh and easy-to-store product. Ingredients: PDO Genovese pesto, Italian extra-virgin olive oil, PDO Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, Italian pine nuts, PDO pecorino cheese, nuts, garlic, salt. Additives: ascorbic acid.
SALTED ANCHOVIES
Salted anchovies from the Mediterranean Sea undergo a long and elaborate completely handmade and traditional process. The result is a wonderful product with rich and multifaceted flavours.
ROBINIA HONEY (ACACIA)
Transparent with a delicate aroma suitable for babies and young children, especially those who have respiratory problems and inflamed gastro-intestinal system. Warmed and mixed with an equal amount of brandy, it becomes an excellent energy booster. Goes well with fresh, soft cheese.
CHESTNUT HONEY
Varies from light brown to almost black, slightly bitter taste, rich in mineral salts. Expectorates and disinfects the urinary tract, stimulates blood circulation, and astringes the intestines to arrest diarrhoea or dysentery. Excellent with strong-flavoured, well-aged cheese.
HEATHER HONEY
Pale orange colour, diuretic, anti-rheumatic, disinfectant for the urinary tract, recommended in cases of cystitis. Goes well with strong-flavoured, medium-aged cheese.
